New cabinet’s first meeting Thursday

First cabinet meeting of the newly formed Awami League-led 14-party government will hold at 10 am on Thursday with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the chair.
The cabinet division issued a circular in this regard on Monday and it was sent to the cabinet ministers for attending the meeting. Led by Hasina, 29 ministers, 17 ministers of state and two deputy ministers took oath at Bangabhaban on Sunday.
After the oath-taking ceremony, the Cabinet Division issued a gazette mentioning the portfolios of the ministers, ministers of state and deputy ministers.
The ministries that have no ministers and ministers of state will also be under the aegis of the Prime Minister.
