Defending champions Dhaka Mohammedan Sporting Club Ltd. now took solo lead in the points table of the Rupahali Sarees Premier Division Chess League with 10 points after the 6th round games held on Thursday at the Bangladesh Chess Federation Hall Room.
In the day’s 6th round matches, Mohammedan beat Faith Chess Club by 4-0 points. Bangladesh Navy Chess team and
Leonine Chess Club shared the second slot with 8 points.
Besides, Gopalganj Chess Club beat Access Group Chess Club by 3-1 points and Pritam-Prism Chess Club, Narayanganj defeated Sreejan Chess Club 2.5-1.5 points.
The 7th round games start tomorrow from 3 pm at the same venue.
