REHAB Housing Fair New York 2013 starts on October 1 at NTV Bhaban at Astoria in New York to attract expatriate Bangladeshis to the country’s housing sector.
Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh is going to organise the three-day fair which will have 50 stalls. This was stated at a press conference at Ruposhi Bangla Hotel in the capital on Saturday.
REHAB standing committee chairman Abdur Rahim Khan requested the REHAB members to participate in the fair with their ‘approved projects’.
He said the fair would help develop economy by promoting the housing industry and linkage industry.
The fair will remain open to the visitors from 11:00am to 9:00pm every day with no entry fee.
REHAB vice-president Liaqat Ali Bhuiyan, general secretary Anisuzzaman Bhuiyan Rana and New York Fair 2013 convener Zahir Ahmed were present at the press briefing.
