The Samsung Electronics Company Limited on Monday launched its first brand shop in the Dhaka city to enable the consumers to experience the latest innovations of Samsung’s all product categories.
The ambassador of the Republic of Korea, Taiyoung Cho, and Samsung’s Dhaka branch office’s managing director Kanghyun Lee inaugurated the shop at IK Tower in Gulshan-2, said a press release.
The release said the consumers would know about consumer electronics, IT products and mobile phones from the shop.
Kanghyun Lee expressed hope to open more brand shops across the country and wanted to maintain a one-to-one relationship with the consumers, record feedback and find insights from them.
Representatives from Samsung’s distribution partners like Transcom Electro-nics, Electra International, Singer Plus, Smart Techno-logies Bangladesh Limited, Computer Source and Index IT Limited were also present at the programme.
