AKM Shafiqur Rahman has recently been promoted as the additional
managing director of National Bank, said a press release.
Prior to this appointment, he was a deputy managing
director of the bank since November 2010.Shafiqur started his banking career as a probationary officer of Bangladesh Krishi Bank in 1974. He joined National Bank in 1988.
