Siddikur Rahman took the early honours in the Gujarat Kensville Golf Challenge, which got under way at the Kensville Golf & Country Club in Ahmedabad, India, on Thursday.
Siddik ended the first day with (-5) under par in the 200,000 euro Challenge tournament, one of the major tournaments in India, according to Major (retd) Anisul Islam, general secretary of the Bangladesh Golf Federation.
