The story of the play zooms in on water shortage that Dhaka residents face everyday. The play follows a newly married couple and delves into the issue through their daily life.
Hasan and Maya have recently moved to Dhaka from a village. Apart from facing the obvious obstacles, water shortage seems like a curse to them. Although this has become a common everyday grievance in Dhaka life, Maya feels strangely about it. To her it becomes a nightmare.
Aupi Karim and Fazlur Rahman Babu play the lead roles.
