Promising TV actress and model Ashna Habib Vabna hasrecently become a victim of social curse ‘eve teasing’. On the way of hercollege, the son of their house owner most often disturbed Vabna.
As a result, her parents appointed an old man as herbodyguard who always accompany her like shadow. But Vabna couldn’t tolerate hispresence all the time. One day, the old man sacrificed his life to save Vabnafrom being harassed by the boy.
Hey, don’t think that it’s her real story! It’s a story of aplay in which Vabna was harassed by a stalker. Popular actor-cum-directorMahfuz Ahmed directed the play. Among others, the cast of the play included ATMShamsuzzaman, Fazlur Rahman Babu, Nishu and Mahfuz Ahmed.
While expressing her feelings, Vabna told thiscorrespondent, “The story of the play is really interesting. I am really as Ihave got chances to perform along with some senior artistes under the directionof ‘great actor’ Mahfuz Ahmed.”
“The play will surely entertain the viewers,” she said.
The play, which is yet to be named, will be aired on ATN Bangla on the occasion of upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr.
