President of Bikalpa Dhara Bangladesh Prof Dr AQM Badruddoza Chowdhury on Thursday called upon Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to make an announcement in the Parliament by May 4 for restoration of the caretaker government system for two terms by utilizing her statesman-like leadership to overcome the on-going political impasse.
