Govt deprived of revenues The licence of no non-motorised vehicles in the Dhaka city has not been renewed since 2011 when the erstwhile Dhaka City Corporation was split into two parts. Procedural complexities have been blamed for this, which deprived both the city corporations of the yearly revenues from the sector.
