Chowdhury Zawata Afnan recently received a Youth Acting Award from the Universe Multicultural Film Festival of Los Angeles for his outstanding performance in Amar Bondhu Rashed, a film based on the war of independence ‘71. An officer of ministry of foreign affairs handed the certificate and souvenir to Afnan on May 28.
