Narayanganj: A fourteen year old girl was gangraped in Pagla area under Fatulla thana in the district on Wednesday night. Locals caught the rapist and handed him over to police. The victim filed a case in this connection. Sources said that victim with her two younger brothers came to Pagla area from Jurain in the capital to her aunt’s house on Wednesday evening. But they found house locked. On their way home, two younths took them to an abandoned house and raped the girl and kept her brothers hostage. Hearing the screaming of the girl the locals came to help her and caught a youth. He was identified as Istiak. Another one managed to escape.
