The Bangladesh national cricket team will return home today after finishing their miserable tour of West Indies. The Tigers will land at the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport by an Emirates flight, scheduled to reach at 8:40am. West Indies defeated Bangladesh by 3-0 margin in the one-day international series and followed that with two convincing victories in the Test series, while Twenty20 match was cancelled due to rain.
Meanwhile, spinner Sohag Gazi will return home from England today in the evening after undergoing biomechanical test at the Cardiff University in Wales on Friday.
The International Cricket Council reported Sohag for a suspected bowling action during Bangladesh’s recent one-day international series against the West Indies.
Bangladesh Cricket Board officials said that the all-rounder from Barisal was looking confident after taking a biomechanical test of his suspected right-arm at the Cardiff Metropolitan University.
