Bangladesh cricket team took some time off from their usual routine on Friday to enjoy a leisurely period with a trip to a local go-karting track in Brisbane. Go Karting Brisbane, one of the best indoor go kart hire racing centers in Australia, is a European-style indoor kart track, featuring around 400m of adrenalin pumping action, with a huge 24m cross over bridge, tunnel, and sweepers.
Tigers enjoyed their time in the 20 Sodi European racing karts, powered by ungoverned 4 stroke Honda motors that pump out 9HP, propelling them along at up to 70kph.
Photos posted by the cricketers in their Facebook pages indicated that they enjoyed the event thoroughly.
‘After a couple of days of hard work in the practice sessions, Bangladesh team got a day off to relax at Brisbane where the team went for Go Karting,’ batsman Mushfiqur Rahim wrote in his official Facebook page.
‘Tigers will refocus and get back to their mission from tomorrow once again,’ he said. Bangladesh are in Brisbane for a two-week long conditioning camp ahead of 2015 World Cup.
