In the 2023 edition of the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings, Dhaka University and North South University held the top spots among all Bangladeshi universities.
According to a news release released yesterday, NSU and Dhaka University were ranked between 601 and 800 in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings for 2023. (October 12, 2022).
The other three universities from Bangladesh, Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET), Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), and Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU), were listed as being in positions 1201–1500 globally, the release said.
Five universities from Bangladesh were all ranked in the Times Higher Education rankings for the first time in fifty years.
