The Bangladesh Football Federation has accepted an invitation from Malaysia to send their Under-12 football team to participate in the Super Mokh Cup, scheduled from December 1-7. Three local teams and two English teams will participate in week-long competition among others.
All the matches will be a 60-minute affair where nine players will be allowed at a time for each team.
BFF general secretary Abu Naeem Shohag said that they have already sent a positive response to the Football Association of Malaysia
(FAM) and the development committee of the BFF has decided to arrange the air tickets for the 20-member squad.
‘FAM will provide the accommodations, foods and local transportation for all the participating teams but we have to bear the expenses of the air tickets,’ Shohag said on Monday.
The BFF said that it will organise an open trial to select the team which will participate in an Under-12 football festival hosted by the Sonali Otit Club from November 9-10 at Arambagh as part of their preparation.
