Bangladesh’s Walton Warriors beat holders Thai Thevada in their first match of the Cup segment of the Hua Hin invitational Cricket Sixes at Dusit Thani Resort Field by four wickets on Monday. The Hua Hin International Sixes is a popular cricket tournament held in Thailand each year since 1997. Narayanganj Club, which became champion in the master’s section in 2008 and 2014, is also taking part in the tournament.
Former national team players Faruk Ahmed, Atahar Ali khan and Habibul Bashar is supposed to play for the side.
