Sponsor Best Lubricant will provide Tk 3 lakh out of the estimated budget of Tk 3.6 lakh while the federation will arrange the rest to make the league a success.
BHF general secretary Azaduzzaman Kohinoor, sponsor patron and adviser Sunil Kumar Dey and tournament committee secretary SM Khalekuzzaman Swapan were also present.
