Martial arts grandmaster and security management expert Dr. Mak Yuree has set a new world record by breaking two baseball bats with a single shin kick in the biggest martial arts exhibition in Great Britain on November 14.
He was presented with the official World Record Certificate on November 14 in presence of Lord Mayor of Nottinghamshire at the Kings Battleground. The British-Bangladeshi community was highly amused with this distinct achievement of a compatriot.
In the event, Yuree broke two American Louisville professional baseball bats with his shinbone (tibia). The baseball bats were made of hard wood, eight inches in diameter at the thickest part with 2.5-inch handle.
Yuree was awarded Grand-master of the Year title in 2007 by World Martial Arts Hall of Fame, USA.
