Two Bangladeshi mountaineers Salehin Arshady and Imran Khan plan to attempt a series of peaks in the western part of the great Himalayas.
Titled GoZayaan Expedition Ladakh, five high mountain peaks are to be climbed, including Kang Yatse II (6250m), Dzo Zongo (6250m), Dzo Zongo East (6200m), Regioni Mallai Ri-I (6080m) and Regioni Mallai Ri- II (6000 m) in just fifteen days, according to a related press release.

Legendary lyricist, director, producer and screenwriter Gazi Mazharul Anwar is no more. His daughter-in-law, Shahana Mirza, confirmed that he passed away at 6:30am today.
The iconic personality composed more than 20,000 songs for various media including radio, television and cinema over 60 years.
