Fariduddin Khan Siddiqui has recently joined Global Insurance Ltd as its managing director. Prior to joining the Global Insurance he was the managing director of Phoenix Insurance Company.
Siddiqui obtained his Masters Degree in economics from the University of Chittagong and MBA and LLB degrees from USIC & Southern University Chittagong respectively, said a news release.
He started his career in insurance with Bangladesh General Insurance Company Ltd in 1985. He served as a zonal in-charge with Reliance Insurance Company and also worked with Karnaphuti Insurance Company as additional managing director.
Siddiqui is a guest lecturer in different institutions and organisations.
