Canada will be the first World Cup team to arrive in Dhaka when they land at the Hazarat Shahjalal International Airport through an Emirates flight today at 7:30pm. The team, led by right-handed batsman Ashish Bagai will play their first warm-up match against hosts Bangladesh at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong on February 12. Pakistan are due next in the capital on February 11 for their two warm-up matches against Bangladesh and England respectively on February 15 and 18. England will follow them on February 13 and India will be the only other team to arrive before the opening ceremony on February 17.
