Rafiath Rashid Mithila is a well-known model, singer and actress and the better-half of singer Tashan. She has appeared in many TVC such as Meril, Bajaj, Close-up, Jhui Narikel tel, Robi and more. Although she started her career as a model, later she explored other cultural sectors like singing and acting. In a recent interview she shares her current activities with daily sun.
About her current projects in media she shares, “I am busy with a few upcoming TV plays for Eid. Right now I am doing the shoot for Anuradha k bola holo na, a TV play for upcoming Eid. The play is directed by Zubair Abu Bakar. In this play my co-actor is Rawnak Hasan. It will be aired on a private TV channel during Eid festival.”
She will also act in another TV play for Eid, which is directed by Redwan Roni. In the play her co-artiste is Abul Hayat. According to her, this play will be telecast on Rtv.
While speaking about doing more TVCs after Robi, she shares, “I have received many offers but I haven’t decided anything yet. If I get the chance of working in a good TVC of a good product I will do it for sure.”
About singing she says, “I am singing from my childhood and I do it as a hobby. Tahsan’s album Prottaborton has recently been released, in which I have sung a duet with Tahsan. But I have not thought about doing a solo album of mine.”
Speaking about the support of Tahsan she shares, “After getting married I have worked on quite a good number of works. As a person Tahsan is very helpful. Whenever I get any offer of work, I share it with him and he always helps me in taking the right decision as to whether to do it or not. The same goes for him as well. I always try to help him in his work.”
Currently, Mithila is a lecturer in Northern University. She wants to continue acting alongside her profession.
