Bangladesh junior hockey team continued their winning run in the U-16 Asia Cup Hockey as they crushed Kazakhstan by 26-1 goals in their third group match held in Singapore on Friday.
Apart from Dwin Islam scored five goals, Rezaul Karim Babu, Nayeem Uddin, Ashik Mahmud Sagar netted four goal each while Ashraful Islam and Roman Sarkar scored three goals apiece for Bangladesh.
Besides, Khaled Mahmud Rakin struck twice while Raihan Uddin added the lone goal for the winning side.
Bangladesh will face Korea in their group last encounter schedule to be held today.
Earlier, on Thursday last, Bangladesh got off to a good start in the tourney beating host Singapore by 7-2 goals in their group opening match and defeated Malaysia by 6-3 goals in the second match.
