The Sri Lankan Under-19 cricket team arrived in Bangladesh on Sunday to play two four-day matches and five one-day internationals against their Bangladeshi counterparts.
The first four-dayer between the two South Asian sides will begin on April 11 at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur. The two teams will then travel to Sylhet to play the second four-day match which will commence on April 17.
The Sylhet Divisional Stadium (SDS) will also host the first two one-dayers scheduled to be held on April 21 and 23. The rest of the three one-day internationals will be held at Mirpur on April 26, 27 and 29. The Sri Lankan youth cricketers will leave the country on April 30.
The rest of the Bangladesh age-level teams will also go through a hectic month as they are scheduled to host Kerala and the Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) during this period.
The Bangladesh Cricket Board-combined school team will contest a series of matches against the Kerala Under-17 team. They will play two three-dayers and three one-day internationals.
The first three-day match already began on Sunday at the SDS. Then they will be in action for two one-dayers which will be held on April 11 and 13 at the same venue. The second three-day match will begin on April 16 at Mirpur which will also host the third one-day international on April 20.
The Bangladesh Under-17 team will play three one-day matches against the CAB Under-17 team. The three matches will be held on April 17, 19 and 22. Meanwhile the Sheikh Abu Naser stadium in Khulna will host the first two matches, with the third match scheduled to be held at the Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Prothisthan (BKSP).
