Public relations personnel working at central, public, private and foreign banks in a meeting in the city recently formed a platform named Public Relations Association of Banks, said a press release.
Islami Bank Bangladesh executive vice-president Md Ataur Rahman and NCC Bank senior assistant vice-president Md Moniruzzaman Tipu were made the president and the general secretary of the association respectively.
While Bangladesh Development Bank assistant general manager Md Abdul Khaleque was made the finance secretary.
