The Rapid Action Battalion on Saturday rescued a minor boy who was kidnapped 24 days ago from Jatrabari area of the capital. They also arrested two alleged kidnappers, Mamun, 25, and Golap, 25.
A team of RAB-7, led by ASP Sakhawat Hossain, rescued the seven-year-old boy named Imon during a drive at a hilly slum in the city’s Foy’s Lake area around 12.30pm.RAB sources said, following previous relation with the victim’s family, Mamun kidnapped Imon from his grandparents’ house on June 23.
