Ace Bangladesh allrounder Shakib Al Hasan lost his last group stage game in the Caribbean Premier League on Saturday as his side Barbados Tridents went down to Chris Gayle’s Jamaica Tallawahs by six wickets at Sabina Park on Saturday.
Shakib conceded 22 runs in his four overs and took the wicket of Ahmed Shehzad.
Batting first Tridents were restricted to 113 for four in 20 overs with Shakib not getting the opportunity to wield his bat. In reply, the Tallawahs reached their target with 11 balls in hand.
The Tridents are already through to the semifinals, which will be played on August 22 and 2
