The Border Security Force (BSF) of India on this morning arrested a Bangladeshi national from the Benipur Kushumpur frontier under Moheshpur upazila.
The arrested person was identified as Azandari, 40, son of Motor Mandal of village Habibpur under Jibananagr upazila. Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) sources said, Azandari entered in to Indian side through Benipur-Kusumpur bordering area crossing the pillar number 62/9F to bring cattle from India at around 6:30am on Tuesday.
UNB from Chuadanga says: A Bangladeshi young man was shot by members of Indian Border Security Force (BSF) on Medenipur border in Jibannagar upazila of the district on Monday.
The victim was identified as Habibur Rahman, 35, son of Bisharat of the village.
