The ailing BNP standing committee member, Moudud Ahmed, will fly to London today for better treatment. The BNP leader is scheduled to leave for London by a regular flight of Emirates on Saturday morning, Moudud’s chamber junior Ehsanur Rahman told the news agency on Friday.
He said Moudud is going abroad for treatment as per advice by physicians at United Hospital in Dhaka where he has been undergoing treatment since last week.
The veteran BNP leader was admitted to the hospital after he fell down at his Gulshan residence following a chest pain on Sunday afternoon.
