Around 470 rounds of light machinegun bullets were recovered from River Surma in Sylhet on Saturday. The police, quoting the witnesses, said that some fishermen found the box full of bullets while fishing in the river’s Lamakazi Bazar area under Bishwanath upazila at about 11:00am and informed the police of the matter. The Bishwanath policeofficer-in-charge, Abul Kalam Azad, confirmed the incident and said a general diary was filed in this connection.
