Grand Master Ziaur Rahman got off to winning start in the 5th London Chess Classic FIDE Open when he beat Australian Puccini Jack at the Olympia Conference Centre at Kensington on Saturday.
Zia was supposed to play his second round game against Norwegian FM Stigar Petter Sunday night.
A total of 184 players including 22 GMs from 40 countries are taking part in the event.
