The 29th edition of the Bangladesh Amateur Golf Championship teed off at the Kurmitola Golf Club on Tuesday. 125 golfers from 10 different countries are participating in the 32-year-old tournament, which is being sponsored by Runner Group. Amateur golfers from Afghanistan, Bhutan, India, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Thailand and host Bangladesh are taking part in the competition.
Chief of Air Staff Air Marshal Enamul Bari inaugurated the tournament on Tuesday. Runner
Group chairman Hafizur Rahman Khan was also present.
