The Bangladesh Cricket Board on Thursday announced a strong National ‘A’ team for the first four-day match in the upcoming home series against Zimbabwe ‘A’.
The 14-member Bangladesh squad included four former Test players.
The second-string Zimbabwe side will arrive in Dhaka on September 10 to play a full series against their counterparts that starts with the four-day match at the Sheikh Kamal International Cricket Stadium in Cox’s Bazar from September 14-17. Batsmen Marshal Ayub, Naeem Islam, Roqibul Hasan and pace bowler Shahadat Hossain are the four Test cricketers included in the team for the series opener.
