The 31st National Age-Level Swimming and Diving Competition ended on Thursday with 27 new national records in three days at the Syed Nazrul Islam National Swimming Complex in Dhaka.
In the last day, nine new records were set with BKSP boy Ariful Islam maintaining his dominance in 18-20 age-level to finish the competition with 12 gold medals.Ariful set new records in the 50-metre and 400-metre freestyle and 200-metre individual medley events on the final day, which took his number of record to nine in the competition.
BKSP claimed the top spot in medal tally with 71 gold medals and Bangladesh Ansar took the second spot with 31 gold medals.
