No examinees from five educational institutions passed in this year’s Higher Secondary Certificate and equivalent examinations.
The results were published on Sunday.
Of the five institutions, two are under Chattogram Education Board, two under Dinajpur Education Board and one is under Mymensingh Education Board.
A total of 9,111 educational institutions from 11 boards participated in the examinations.
Meanwhile, under 11 boards, five to 10 per cent students passed from one educational institution, 10 to 20 per cent students passed from four educational institutions, 20 to 30 per cent students passed from 58 educational institutions and 50 to 99 per cent students passed from 7,109 educational institutes this year.
The results were officially announced by prime minister Sheikh Hasina virtually from the Ganabhaban.
Later, in a press briefing, education minister Dipu Moni presented the results at the International Mother Language Institute in the capital at about 12:00 noon.
