Arambagh Football Academy became unbeaten champions of the Pioneer Football League after defeating Gazipur City Football Academy 2-0 in the final at the Bangabandhu National Stadium on Friday.
After a barren first half, Mithu put Arambagh ahead in the second minute of the second half with a powerful drive following a neat through pass from midfielder Arif.Fahim doubled the margin for the winners in the 70th minute as the midfielder coolly placed the ball home following a neat square pass from Arif.
