ASM Feroz Alam and Mehnaz Mannan have been elected the chairman and vice-chairman of Premier Leasing and Finance recently, said a press release.
The chairman of Mercantile Bank Securities, Feroz is also the director of Mercantile Bank, National Television (RTV) and Premier Leasing Securities.Mehnaz, a Bar at Law from Lincoln’s Inn, is a sponsor director of Premier Leasing Securities, director of AR Chowdhury Securities and CEO of Bengal NFK Textiles. She is also the owner of Solution De Legal, a law firm.
