Popular TV and theatre actress Aupi Karim returned to the country on August 24 this year. Recently, with the blessings of her family, Aupi has tied the knot with Masud Hasan Ujjal, a TV play director and ad-maker.
The wedding took place at Aupi’s parental residence. Aupi has acted in several TV plays directed by Ujjal. Of these are: “Chhaya Pheri”, “Titir Shukh” and “Je Jibon Foring-er”. The bride and groom met and came close to each other while shooting these plays. At present Aupi lives in Germany for higher studies, while Ujjal completed his studies from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Dhaka University.
