Bangladesh are all set to play two FIFA friendly matches against India and Pakistan in England in June, said Bangladesh Football Federation president Kazi Salahuddin on Friday.
Celebrity Management Group, an India-based sports management company, which earlier arranged the Argentina-Nigera friendly in Dhaka, will organise the matches, said Salahuddin.‘I can confirm you that we have been invited to participate in the friendlies in England,’ Salahuddin, who is currently in India, told a reporter of an English daily over phone.
The BFF president informed that Bangladesh are supposed to play against India and Pakistan on June 1 and 7.
Salahuddin said that they agreed to play the friendlies after the Celebrity Management Group offered to provide transport, food and accommodation for the visiting teams.
