TV channel Banglavision turns seven today. On the occasion, the channel will air special programmes throughout today and tomorrow. The celebration started last night at zero hour through cutting an anniversary cake. The channel then aired a live programme, titled “Shaptam Borshey Amra”. Noted personalities from different fields appeared on the programme.
A special programme “Banglavision Rothe Bangladesh-er Pothe” will be aired today. A two-episode play “Ami Kintu Manush Bhalo” will be aired at 9:05pm today and tomorrow. Written and directed by Sagar Jahan, the play will feature Zahid Hasan and Sarika as lead actors.
A musical programme hosted by Ayub Bachchu will be aired tonight at 11:25pm. Naquib Khan, Bappa Mazumdar, Fahmida Nabi, Sumon and Elita Karim will sing on the show. A solo performance of renowned Indian singer Hoimanti Shukla will be aired tomorrow at 11:25pm.
Besides these, the channel will also air game and talk shows. Banglavision started its journey on March 31, 2006.
