The Indian Border Security Force shot and killed a 30-year old Bangladeshi at Baliadangi frontier in Thakurgaon early Saturday, Border Guard Bangladesh officials said.
Azirul Islam became the latest victim of trigger happy BSF.
Son of Petla Mohammad, the victim came from the village Dakkhin Duari Samirnagar, they said.
BGB officials said Azir was shot in the head and he died on the spot near the border.
BSF troops of Tingaon camp in the Indian province of West Bengal killed him, they said.
The Indian police took away his body, they said.

Islam told New Age that the BGB sent a strong protest note to its Indian counterpart following the incident.
At a flag meeting BGB requested BSF to return Azir’s body, he said.
‘We are trying to get his body as soon as possible,’ said Tauhid.
Since January 1, BSF killed 24 Bangladeshis, abducted 32 others and left 62 injured, said rights organization, Odhikar said on Saturday.
It said that the Bangladesh government should strongly protest against continued atrocities and human rights violations by BSF, it said.
