Miscreants snatched Tk 13 lakh from an official of Swapna, a chain-shop,
after stabbing him in the Sylhet city on Monday.
The victim was identified as Muminur Rahman, junior finance executive of the city’s Shahjalal Upa-Shahar branch of Swapna, sources in the institution said.Local sources said a group of miscreants coming in six motor cycles stopped the CNG-run auto-rickshaw of Mamunur Rahman on the eastern bank of Dhopadighi in the city at noon, stabbed him and snatched the money.
