Chittagong University on Friday approved its annual budget for the year 2013-2014.
It was approved at the 25th annual senate meeting.
The budget was for Tk 1338.10 million with a deficit of Tk 8 millions for the next fiscal year.
The budget meeting was chaired by vice-chancellor M Anwarul Azim Arif. The estimated budget for 2013-14 fiscal year was approved by the CU syndicate and finance committee.
