The three maritime ports of the country have been advised to hoist cautionary signal No 3 as deep convection is taking place over north Bay.
Squally weather may continue over north Bay and adjoining coastal areas, said a special bulletin of met office on Thursday.
Maritime ports of Chittagong, Cox’s Bazar and Mongla have been advised to hoist local cautionary signal number three.
All fishing boats and trawlers over north Bay have been advised to remain close to the coast and proceed with caution till further notice.
