The 5th Dhaka Divisional Commissioner Gold Cup Football Tournament will start on Friday with the participation of all 17 district teams under the division. The teams will be divided into four groups and the group matches will be played in 14 venues. The tournament will start with Munshiganj hosting the opening group games. The teams will be given Tk 40,000 each as participation money. The winners will receive Tk 1 lakh as prize money.
Each team can field a maximum of four players from outside the district or the country.
