The intake tests for admission into the four year bachelor courses in Dhaka University under its 2013-14 academic sessions is likely to begin from November 1, said the university officials.
The university’s deans committee took the decision on Thursday at a meeting, chaired by the university’s vice-chancellor AAMS Arefin Siddique, said DU public relations office director Ashraf Ali Khan.
The admission test under Gha unit for students from all disciplines would be held on November 1, followed by Kha unit for students of humanities on November 8, Ga unit for the students of business studies on November 15, Ka unit for students of science on November 22, the meeting sources said.
The intake test under Cha unit for admission in the fine arts faculty would be held on November 23.
The aspirants can apply through online from September 8 to 30.
DU VC Arefin Siddique will hold a press conference to announce the admission process on September 6 in this regard, said PRO officer Ashraf Ali.
