Elina won a double in the Advocate Abdur Rab Memorial Summer Open (Ranking) Badminton tournament yesterday.
Elina beat Shapla 21-11, 21-7 in the women’s final at the Wooden Floor Gymnasium. She also won the women’s doubles crown, partnering Shapla to beat Dulali-Nabila pair 21-7, 23-21.
In the men’s group, Javed became champion with a walkover against Rais. Parash-Rais pair however beat the Javed-Hannan pairing 21-16, 18-21, 21-15 to win the men’s doubles crown.
