The Dhaka Premier League title-deciding match between Gazi Tank Cricketers and Prime Doleshwar has been shifted to Friday, according to a Bangladesh Cricket Board press release on Wednesday.
The two sides were expected to play their final round game at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium on Thursday, but the match was postponed for safety reasons stemming for the political situation in the country.
The decision came after the blockade by the opposition party was extended by 12 hours to 6:00pm on Thursday, making it risky for the teams to travel on their team buses.
In the other matches of the final round, Mohammedan will take on Prime Bank at Fatullah and Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club will play Kalabagan Cricket Academy at BKSP.
