A four-day long education exposition- “3rd Education Worldwide Expo 2009” will begin on January 22 aiming to provide up-to-date and comprehensive educational and career opportunities and guidance.
The fair will be opened for all from 10am to 8 pm at level-7, Basundhara Expo Centre, Bashundhara City. The entry fee is fixed at Tk 10 for the visitors. Conference and Exhibition Management Services (CEMS) Ltd which has been organizing “EDIMEXPO” for the last nine years will organize the fair.
Meherun N Islam, President and Group Managing Director of CEMS yesterday said this at a press conference.
Referring to the exposition as an invaluable platform for the students Meherun said that the fair would help gain information regarding educational and career paths.
“This is a perfect platform and unique opportunity for the participants,” she said and recommended students to use it as a medium for direct interaction and counseling with prospective and potential students or working executives for spot admissions or interview on the expo premises.
In reply to a question she said there would be 80 stalls of which 50 universities, educational institutions and related service providers will participate in the exposition.
Among others SS Sarwar, Group Director of Global Operations of CEMS and Md Riyad Hossain, Head of operation of Prothom- Alojobs were presented in the conference.
